If WE make a mistake
If for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect product we will work to make it right for you. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know of any error we will replace the incorrect items right away. If you would prefer a refund at that time we would honor that as well, but we sincerely hope that you would work with us to complete your order.
If YOU make a mistake
If for any reason you find that you made an error (ordered the wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, etc., or you just changed your mind after you received your order) we still want to work hard to make you happy in the end. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order we will work with you to get you what you really want. If you make a mistake we simply ask that you pay for return shipping and we will refund your original purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
In order to qualify for a refund the returned items will need to be:
• unused and in the same condition as received
• Returned in the original packaging
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be considered for a return or exchange.
We want you to be happy and we will work hard to make that happen. In the event of a very rare error on an order, we will work together to ensure that in the end you are taken care of.
